Appearance: Hair: Mousy brown, long and bound back at the nape of her neck Eyes: Light gray-brown Skin: Pale (not as pale as Calais, though) Height: 5'11" Build: Tall and somewhat thick around the middle- she has broad shoulders and few curves, something which bothers her quite a lot.
Personality:
Linnéa is kind, sweet, and gentle, but feels that she is always at a disadvantage because she is not very pretty. She has enormous talent in magic (though not a sorcerer), and studies diligently to become as fine of a mage as she can be. She is rather shy in social situations, but is always courteous and has been taught the finest manners.
History:
Fate has graced Linnéa with wealth, status, a loving family, immense magely talent, intelligence, and grace...but not beauty. She is too tall and thickly built to have a pretty figure, and her facial features are too coarse to be considered beautiful.
Born into the upper classes, this has been a huge disadvantage for her. Not much has been developed about her history, but in the shallow court world she has to live in, beauty or the lack thereof is a major factor for a woman.

Notes on design:
Linnéa isn't "ugly," per se- she's certainly not a troll, it's just that she's just not particularly pretty, and in her social class that's a big drawback. I picture her has having kind of a wide mouth and a bit of a broad nose bridge, with simply-shaped eyes and a broad forehead. Not ugly, just not delicate or noble-looking.
